By accessing or using FohBoh.ai and its Metrics Governance Engine (“MGE”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the service.

FohBoh.ai | MGE is a metrics governance and certification platform designed to evaluate, certify, and score the integrity and consistency of operational data provided by the user.

All outputs are data integrity assessments and certifications based solely on the data inputs provided.

Use of FohBoh.ai or MGE does not create:

• • An advisory relationship
• • A fiduciary relationship
• • A client–consultant relationship

FohBoh.ai is not acting as your accountant, auditor, attorney, financial advisor, or operator. You remain solely responsible for all business decisions, actions, and outcomes.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• • All results depend entirely on the accuracy, completeness, and structure of the data you provide.
• • FohBoh.ai does not verify, correct, or validate source data beyond governance rules.
• • “Certification,” “Trust Scores,” and outputs reflect data integrity signals, not business correctness or performance guarantees.

4. Scores & Certifications

MGE outputs—including Trust Scores, certifications, flags, anomalies, and scenarios—are:

• • Indicative, not predictive
• • Contextual, not universal

They should not be relied upon as the sole basis for pricing, staffing, purchasing, legal, tax, or financial decisions.

5. No Warranties

FohBoh.ai is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FohBoh.ai and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use.

7. Use of Outputs

You may use MGE outputs internally for evaluation and decision support. You may not:

• • Represent MGE outputs as professional advice
• • Present certifications as audits or regulatory approvals
• • Use outputs in a misleading or deceptive manner

8. Intellectual Property

All software, logic, models, schemas, scoring systems, and methodologies are the exclusive property of FohBoh.ai. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or resell the platform or its outputs except as expressly permitted.

9. Modifications

FohBoh.ai may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
